Delivery & Returns
- So there are no delays in sending your order to you, our aim at Burble Baby is to only offer products on our website that we have in stock. If for any reason there is a delay, we will inform you immediately of the expected delivery date. If this is not acceptable to you, we will refund your money straight away.
- We despatch orders within 1 working day of receiving your order, via Royal Mail or DPD. UK orders should be received within 1-3 working days of placing the order, European and International orders are likely to take longer to arrive.
- We offer FREE delivery on all UK orders at Burble Baby over £20. Orders under the value of £50 are dispatched on a 48 hour untracked service. Orders over £50 are dispatched using a tracked next day service. These services are provided by Royal Mail or DPD (depending on size, weight and value of your order) and are available Monday to Friday on orders placed before 12 noon. These deliveries do need to be signed for. Saturday deliveries can be arranged at additional charge.
- Please note, if you are not in to receive a Signed for delivery service and rearrange with the courier yourself for the item to be left on your property / with neighbour etc, Burble Baby will not be held responsible for any loss or theft that occurs as a consequence.
- If your parcel has not arrived with 3-4 working days, please advise us at email@example.com . International customers are advised to allow 14 days for delivery.
- When your order is despatched from our warehouse, you will receive an email advising you of this. If the parcel has been sent on a Next Day or other Signed for service, the tracking number will be detailed on this email.

- We hope that you are delighted with your Burble Baby gift, however, in the unlikely event you should have a query or problem, in the first instance, please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org or call them on 01257 792875 quoting your order number, so they can advise you on the appropriate returns procedure.
- Please note, all shortages, damages or discrepancies in your shipment must be reported within 14 days of receipt.
Under our goodwill returns policy, you may return items to us, at any time within 14 days of receipt for a refund or exchange (excluding any postage charges incurred) if the item is “as new”. We class “as new” condition as unwashed, unworn and unused and in the original packaging with tags. If we do not receive products in this condition, we will not be able to issue a refund and will need payment to return goods to you.
- Return shipping costs can only be refunded where we have sent the incorrect goods in error, or for goods found to be faulty. We recommend that you send returns by Royal Mail Recorded (covers you up to £30) or Special Delivery (covers you up to £500). Always retain proof of postage.
- We cannot accept responsibility for goods until a member of our staff has signed for receipt. Once we have inspected the goods and subject to the foregoing, we will process a refund.

- Please note exchange orders may take up to 14 days to process.
- Postage for redelivery of exchanged items will be charged to the customer based on their individual delivery requirements and must be settled in advance along with any difference in price of product.
- Please be aware that PacaPod / Babymel / Storksak / KeriKit / Born in Britain / JEM + BEA / Pink Lining changing bags have a 6 month warranty. If there appears to be a fault within 6 months of purchase, customers will be directed to return bags to the supplier for assessment. If the bag is deemed faulty, repair will always be the first course of action, otherwise a replacement item or credit note will be issued. Returns and exchanges will not be considered on changing bags after 6 months from the date of sale.
- Refunds are processed within 7 days of receipt of returned items, after they have been fully inspected by our Returns Team.
- This Returns policy is in addition to, and exceeds, your Statutory Rights.
- Customers' statutory rights are not affected by any of these terms of trading. In the event of any dispute, English law shall apply.
